As we begin a new fiscal year, we are proud to introduce our 2025–2026 Executive Committee, led by Chapter President Ar. Christian Romulo Vasquez, UAP.
“Our mission is to empower Filipino architects in Dubai through global exposure, professional growth, and strategic partnerships,” said Vasquez. “We are not just keeping up—we are leading.”
Under his leadership, the chapter is set to launch a series of impactful initiatives—including high-level business forums, entrepreneurial masterclasses, international webinars, and mentorship programs—designed to strengthen the professional standing of our members in the global arena.

SPLE-FLEA Dubai Gala 2025
On August 24, 2025, the United Architects of the Philippines Dubai Chapter, together with the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai, proudly joined the celebration of the SPLE-FLEA Dubai Gala 2025—a night dedicated to honoring the 31 new architects who successfully passed the Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) for Architects held last June.
The event brought together the newly licensed architects, their mentors, the UAP Dubai Chapter, and the Consulate General, highlighting not only the success of the passers but also the spirit of unity, mentorship, and “paying it forward” that has long defined SPLE-FLEA Dubai.
More than just a celebration, the Gala was a testament to the hard work, sacrifice, and collaboration that made this milestone possible. Truly, it showed that success is sweeter when shared—with mentors who guided, peers who supported, and a community that believed.
